About Julie

I’m a psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker with experience supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. I was born in Argentina, grew up in Winnipeg, trained in Los Angeles, and eventually found my way back to Canadian winters—now based in Ontario.

Along the way, I’ve come to understand how deeply our environments, relationships, and experiences shape who we become—and how easily we can lose touch with ourselves while learning to adapt (or survive). For close to a decade, I’ve helped people navigate stress and anxiety, move through internal blocks, and reconnect with what they find meaningful - all through curiosity and compassion.

The Comeback Therapy is grounded in the belief that we’re always returning to our authentic selves — who we truly are following periods of fear, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Therapy, as I see it, isn’t about ‘fixing’. It’s about understanding the patterns that once helped you cope, appreciating them, and learning new ways to live with more clarity and self-trust.

If you’re moving through a difficult season (or many) marked by anxiety, comparison to others, loss, breakups, people-pleasing, or are overwhelmed by your inner critic reminding you of every mistake you've ever made, I’m here to help.

And si, I also speak Spanish.
